1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Download All Files browser extension (the “Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

2. License Grant

Upon purchasing a PRO license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the PRO features of the Extension.

• The license is per person.
• A single user may activate the license on multiple browsers or devices.
• License access is provided via a license key delivered by email.

3. PRO Features

The PRO license unlocks additional features beyond the free version. Available PRO features may change over time as the Extension evolves.

4. Payment and Delivery

• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.
• After successful payment, a license key is sent to the email address used during checkout.
• You are responsible for providing a valid email address.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund period. After 7 days, all sales are final.

To request a refund:

• Send an email with refund request to info@flying-cactus.com
• The request must be sent from the same email address used to receive the license key
• The request must be made within 7 days of purchase

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your license key
• Use the Extension for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to bypass licensing or payment mechanisms
• Reverse engineer or tamper with the Extension

7. License Revocation

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke a license without refund if:

• Fraud or chargeback abuse is detected
• License sharing or resale is identified
• These Terms are materially violated

8. Availability and Updates

The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available”.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• Features may be modified, added, or removed over time.
• Updates may be released to improve functionality or compatibility.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Extension is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flying Cactus shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Issues caused by third-party websites or services

11. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time.

We may terminate or restrict access to the Extension if these Terms are violated.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
